Who We Are
Controller and contact routes.
Sector Processing LTD, company number 17211287, has its registered office at Clifton House, Box 321, Broadway, Peterborough, England, PE1 2FF. We are generally an independent controller for account, security and support information. For zero-knowledge encrypted user content that we cannot technically access, we act as a processor on the customer’s instructions.

Data We Handle
Account, operational and support information.
Information you provide directly
- Email address, account creation date and subscription status.
- Support enquiries, ticket history and communications through the helpdesk or WhatsApp Business.
- Information you choose to include in an enquiry or support request.
Information collected by the website
- Technical and security records such as IP addresses and relevant web-server, nginx and SSH logs.
- Cookie preference data stored in your browser so the site can remember your consent choices.
- Analytics data only if analytics is separately configured and you grant analytics consent.
- User content handled through applicable services is protected using zero-knowledge encryption and is not technically accessible to us in readable form.
Why We Use Data
Operational, legal, and communication purposes.
Primary purposes
- Responding to enquiries and follow-up contact.
- Creating and administering accounts, subscriptions and requested services.
- Providing customer support and maintaining service records.
- Operating, securing, and improving the public website.
- Recording and applying cookie preferences.
- Meeting legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations where they apply.
Lawful bases
- Consent: optional analytics cookies and marketing/update subscriptions.
- Contract: administering an account or delivering a requested service.
- Legitimate interests: website and service operation, security monitoring, support and responding to enquiries.
- Legal obligation: where records or disclosures are required by law.
Security Position
Claims aligned with visible controls.
This website uses HTTPS in deployment, a client-side cookie preference manager, and optional consent-gated analytics loading. Public contact aliases on legal pages are lightly obscured in the browser to reduce casual harvesting, but they should still be treated as published contact addresses rather than a hard anti-scraping control.
We do not claim stronger protections on this website than are actually implemented here. Separate enquiry and subscription systems are operated outside this website and are governed by their own controls and flows.
Retention and Sharing
What stays here and what may be shared.
Retention
- Cookie preference data is stored in your browser for up to 6 months.
- Optional consent audit logs are only retained if a separate logging endpoint is deliberately configured for this website.
- Server and access logs are retained only as long as reasonably required for security, investigation and reliable operation.
- Account, subscription and support records are kept for the life of the relationship and afterwards only where reasonably needed for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes.
Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- Minimal service providers include Stripe for payments, AWS for some email delivery, and helpdesk, ticketing and WhatsApp Business services for support.
- Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, systems, or users.
- Primary service data is hosted in the UK. Where a provider processes limited information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, and objection.
- You can request access to personal data we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- You can ask us to delete data where we no longer need it or where the law allows.
- You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- You can withdraw consent for optional analytics or subscription communications.
Data rights contact: Submit a request through our support desk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Third Parties
